I love everything this web site represents because it brings back so many wonderful memories. I noticed that you stated the web site will be finalized by January 1, 2009 which is great. I love the direction the web site is headed and look forward to more members joining to chat with. I will make it a point to check back often to see how the site progresses. But I'm glad to be here and want to thank Lacey for telling me about this site.
I have a passion for hair metal and actually run my own radio show...called the Hair Metal Mansion Radio Show! It's really like a dream come true for me.

I look forward to being a part of this site and talking with everyone on here.

To all, we did make a business decision to change to the ning forum software because it offered more interaction than the initial forum we installed. I hope that didn't cause a problem for any of our new, founding father members but I think it will work out better in the long run. Thanks for joining everyone and invite your friends to join as well.

As for the web site itself, we are in the final stages of development and we expect everything to be completed by January 1st. We at least wanted to get the fan club/forum up and running so that we could start developing a member list but the web site itself will be well worth the wait once completed.

Hi everybody, glad to be here and looking forward to catching up with like minded hair band fans. My fav bands are Motley, Poison, Bon Jovi, Gunners and Skid Row. Living in Australia we don't get the opportunity to see them in concert as often as I'd like but Bon Jovi, Guns n Roses and Sebastian Bach (among others) did tour down under in '08. I'm hoping that Poison and the Crue wil make it down here in '09.

First off I would like to thank Lacey for telling me about this site ! :) I am a huge 80's nut ! LOL ! my favorite band is Bon Jovi and have been a fan of theirs for over 20 years now. I was even in The Secret Society and Backstage With Jon Bon Jovi but Backstage got too expensive so I am not a member anymore.

I am 40 years old and I don't work due to my disability, I have right side paralysis due to child abuse when I was a year old and have the use of my left arm. I was placed in a loving foster home until I was 17 then went to live with my mom. then in the years past I was sexually abused by my mom's ex boyfriend and also by a boyfriend of mine, so I have had a tough life but now I am with a wonderful boyfriend of 9 years and we are very happy together. We lived in Massachusetts until about 5 years ago and we moved to Florida in 2002. Bruce also has a disability he has Muscular Dystrophy and can't walk and is always in a wheelchair, I help him with various things as well.

on to a lighter side ~ the 80's music has helped me with various aspects of my life and Bon Jovi's music has inspired and has gotten me through the tough times in my life as well. I am also a huge Keith Urban fan aswell and his music has been an inspiration as well.

I guess I will end here for now and this site is Awesome ! :) will check in everday to see what is happening. :)
